Just rescued my clothes from the rain in time! Suddenly my tiny kitchen area is now filled with a little self-standing clothesline thingy.

The neighbour across the courtyard had his clothes hanging to "dry" on a rusty dryer stand. And it rained. I heard the scream of rage when he got back home and found all his white shirts were still drenched and had rust stripes...

Frimlin just gained the mischievous trait! I didn’t know your reaction would be joy instead of sympathy lol!

It was more me appreciating the situation through my friend's eyes! I'd not really feel the same way unless they were a neighbour I didn't like.

Lol Frimlin. There is neighbors you don’t like? Well I have friendly and loner ones. I never had rude ones
. In fact most of people in my building are just nice, so sure i cannot relate. Sorry for that.2 replies 0 retweets 2 likes -

Oh yes. On both sides of me, the neighbours have made a lot of noise... mostly drilling and hammering, often in the early morning. It's been so quiet recently though, so I am hoping they've calmed down. But the relationship is ruined now. I prefer the neighbours opposite.

I can't help but think their noises were deliberate, as they seemed to be trying to drive me out the apartment. At first I tried putting my music up to drown them out: it also helped with the mourning I was going through. But I am over that now.

But though they've been a lot quieter recently, they still sometimes annoy me. On one side, a seemingly single guy, sometimes wakes me at night slamming doors. Couple on the other side, also slam doors and seem annoyed at me for any noise I make (I'm pretty quiet).

But in fairness, apartment walls here seem in general to be very thin. It's hard not to hear almost everything. For example, both neighbours have toilets next to my wall. Ugh... you can imagine.
