A little later again today. No particular reason! So it's still a warmer & sunnier day here today & looks like this continues through to Sunday. 
Meanwhile I have to move my computer so I don't have afternoon sun on my face anymore!

Yeah I am like, "Yay, Sunshine!" "Awe, sunshine on my screen." But, "YAY, sunshine."
Exactly! It's just hard finding a good new spot for it. Last year I moved it right to the back of the room, but later I realised this really annoys my neighbours who have a young kid, as the walls are just so paper-thin. So I am not sure what to do this time actually...

LOL! You'd think as a builder I'd be able to sort this out! But unfortunately my furniture doesn't fit as nicely together as sims furniture does. But, following your idea, I could try some kind of "my apartment" room build video...
