A lot of dreams about my dad, so it's made me think of him back in NZ, and hope he's okay. Had a couple of days relaxing but now will get back to recording new videos for my channel.

Oh ... it’s a dreaming three days for me too. I though don’t like my dreams. I rarely dream and I am an empath .. so I feel drained, have headaches and I know it has a meaning so I will cleanse and meditate before I do anything today.
Yeah absolutely, me too, very intense dreams drain me too, even more so if they involve people I have strong emotional connections with. But sorry to hear you get headaches also! I don't get that.

I don’t usually get them, only with a certain person. I am not sure if that reflects their energy but they are lost in their mind. Their life actions and prospective is sadly wrong as their moral compass doesn’t exist. I though always feel better after meditating, thanks
