So my understanding is that "occult" in this sense is the historic use of it in the Sims series: basically it is a generic term for "other types" of Sim like vampire, for example, for which there are "socket" items...etc. in game already. Possibly just not visible in that viewer.
Aww, I hope you didn't think I was arguing with you. I was just trying to show you what the term occult had been used for historically in the game.
