He's back! My stress level is plummeting as we speak.

Yay so glad he's back!! I knew he'd be home soon.
He has sometimes disappeared for hours. Then later I got complaints from the neighbours that he was digging up their balcony gardens...etc.

Oh goodness he's a really naughty kitty. Maybe you can do something else with that fence so he can't get over it??

Well I've lifted it up a bit. But it's all very temporary. It wasn't supposed to last as long as it has (2 years or so). And I'm hoping to leave sooner rather than later, so I'd rather not do anything to it that requires money.
