In other news... I just let my cat out on the balcony and within seconds he had jumped the little fence to my neighbour's balcony... naughty, naughty, naughty... 
Now waiting... impatiently... for him to return.

Yesss... he has to jump a little fence I put up that usually he is unable or unwilling to attempt. The thing is, this is on the ledge of a balcony on the top of a 6 floor apartment building... one slip and he's got a long fall.

Can you get him from the neighbours? -
Not really. He'll come back. He's done this before but not for a long time now. Just I get anxious while he's out on his adventure.
