I need a new way of saying “thank you, I’m so glad you like it”, because while I do mean it, it sounds less and less genuine every time I type it...
I know how you feel. But it really doesn't to the person who you're saying it to. It's only when you've been saying it a lot that you can feel this way. 
My advice? Include their name, for a more personal touch. It's only cynicism that would make someone doubt your sincerity.
