@Frimlin I'm on ep. 5 of the vamp vet. has anyone told you that there is a game setting u can change to influnce the social menu?
Nobody told me but I was already aware of it! 
Never tried it, though! Do you think it'd help me? I'll have to try it out and see. But yeah, the default groupings are okay, but a little frustrating at times and involving a lot of clicking. Glad you're half way into Vampire Vet!

I don't remember which one I got, but you should try and see which one u like better
