So Blizzard go and release World of #Warcraft's new Allied Races today, just when I really need to do more builds in #Sims4? Argh! Wonderful + terrible.

I've stopped playing WoW. No, you can't have my stuff. ;-) They mostly lost me with Legion, and really lost me with patch 7.3.5.

Aww sorry to hear that. I have played a LOT in Legion. I now have 12 characters all 110 and all with the class mounts and high ilvl. 7.3.5 didn't really add much for me though, but that's OK, I wanted to focus more on Sims anyhow.

The thing I objected to most in Legion was zones scaling with level. My (super casual) playstyle was to slightly out level a zone and enjoy it for the story without worrying about every little thing killing me. Legion took that away. They then expanded that to the entire game.

Ahh ok. That's quite a specific kind of play style. But I'm sorry for you that you were affected by it. I just completed the stories of each zone while leveling.

For me, WoW was a way to unwind. I know I'm in the minority with that play style. I just didn't want it to be a stressful thing. I still have a 110 in every class though... at least before today, I suppose.

No new classes, so you're all good. But I do understand. For me, it's Sims that's my game to unwind in. But I can understand that you became accustomed to WoW being like it was, then it changed, and now you can't play it like you used to.

The other thing The Sims community has going for it is that it's so much nicer, and more welcoming. I went back for a month in December and trade chat was incredibly toxic by comparison.
