      Yes it's the so called 'Private Beach that belongs to the house Hound's head in Cavalier Cove. Took ages to set the screenie up as it's a non editable area so has to use the 'place in world' interaction with my sim.

      No any sim can travel to the lot and then walk there but NPCs don't go there so it feels like it belongs to the house when your sims live there

      That's nice!! I've never really explored Brindleton Bay. All the strays make my game freeze & lag 😣

          Pity I don't use mods. .. I'm pretty tempted as the strays are quite awful 😣

          Yeah I'm not a fan of most game-generated sims or pets. I prefer it to use the ones I make. So with this mod and MC Command Center, I get pretty much that.. most of the time.
