Heyyy Mak! Well there already is, in fact. I "really" made it a couple of months ago - it's the "Spice Corner Commercial" lot. But I recently have been breaking it apart into single buildings to hopefully get a bit more interest in it, as I felt my effort was somewhat wasted.
