      Yes it's the so called 'Private Beach that belongs to the house Hound's head in Cavalier Cove. Took ages to set the screenie up as it's a non editable area so has to use the 'place in world' interaction with my sim.

      Yeah, I investigated as soon as you mentioned it, as I had the game open! I should build on that lot sometime. Though I'm not a big fan of big lots! heheh

      I really like this lot due to the open airy feel. It's good for minimalist builds I think.

      Yeah I think sometimes I look at big lots and think they need a big build, but they really don't. You can do what you want! hahah

          Exactly. I like to build a modest sized house with large lawns and small planted areas. Giving that spacious feel. It's a nice change from small lots where you use every square inch!
