Yeah, I didn't know that, but it's very impressive for me hehe because I can't building without this code like also bb.showhiddenobjects and of course motherlode 
hehe I use motherlode sometimes, but also love doing restricted budget builds. Also use hidden objects sometimes. But always have entitlement objects enabled. Always interesting learning how other #Sims4 builders prefer it. 
For budget builds show hidden objects is a must!! And I always have igue turned on 
For me it's TC true, SHO, MOO, and IGUE when building - always build with no Sims on lot to get infinite §, and the headlineeffects off for pics
