      now that I've seen this I feel like I'm part of an elite group! I'll definitely/probably use this build. I am always looking for good starter homes. I'm also looking for second homes. Maybe around 30-40 K for couples who have started their family and need to spread out a bit.

      Aww, what a sweet thing to say and said in such a sweet way! Actually makes me pause for thought. In regards to the 30-40k houses - it used to be one of my specialities. I'd tag them with #40k or #StarterPlus but it never really took off. I haven't made many since then.

      I haven't made them in quite a while. I'm meaning like 2014-2015 or so. Of course, with just me using the hashtags, they were doomed. Good ideas die all the time, alone in the shadows. 😆

      I'm sorry, I did realise it sounded a little sad before tweeting. I'm not emotional about it! Just realistic. But yeah, maybe I should make some more builds between 20 and 40k.

      realistic is fine by me. Did you know Eeyore is my favorite resident of the Hundred Acre Wood? Some people find him pessimistic. I say he's a realist. He knows his house will get knocked down but that doesn't stop him from building it and hoping for the best.pic.twitter.com/qQJONDgkRW
