now that I've seen this I feel like I'm part of an elite group! I'll definitely/probably use this build. I am always looking for good starter homes. I'm also looking for second homes. Maybe around 30-40 K for couples who have started their family and need to spread out a bit.

In regards to the 30-40k houses - it used to be one of my specialities. I'd tag them with #40k or #StarterPlus but it never really took off. I haven't made many since then.

I haven't made them in quite a while. I'm meaning like 2014-2015 or so. Of course, with just me using the hashtags, they were doomed. Good ideas die all the time, alone in the shadows.
