now that I've seen this I feel like I'm part of an elite group! I'll definitely/probably use this build. I am always looking for good starter homes. I'm also looking for second homes. Maybe around 30-40 K for couples who have started their family and need to spread out a bit.

Aww, what a sweet thing to say and said in such a sweet way! Actually makes me pause for thought. In regards to the 30-40k houses - it used to be one of my specialities. I'd tag them with

We've known each other for years & you didn't know this?! heheh I do occasionally use it & I may use it more... but no, most of my builds haven't got it. If it could activate automatically when you placed a lot using it, then I would be more warm to it.
