      "Low quality playback" is still a view. Because of my crappy Australian internet I will often get videos buffering - but I keep watching! Just because the person watching had issues does not mean the view didn't happen. This is the stupidest excuse ever.

      Yeah I completely agree. They unfroze the view count, but whatever views had occurred while it was frozen, were not added to the count. So annoying when you have a few hundred views per video rather than thousands - you really notice.
