What is it about my sadist neighbours & their random power drilling on the wall?! 
I mean really, what kind of construction needs random spams of drilling over years?
Luckily it's not early morning, or that I'm recording commentary, or there'd be some rapid banging back...

I have a neighbor like this too, years, even previous people living here said they did years ago. Lol weird, do you live in my building XD ?
haha! I don't know... do you live on the edge of Versailles, France? lol! Seems a lot of people have had neighbours like this...

No lol XD but is exactly the same, and at worst hours like Sunday 8 am, weekdays at 17h, etc and I have no idea how he has so much stuff to drill on walls lol
