What is it about my sadist neighbours & their random power drilling on the wall?! 
I mean really, what kind of construction needs random spams of drilling over years?
Luckily it's not early morning, or that I'm recording commentary, or there'd be some rapid banging back...

I suggest recording the drilling sounds first so you have evidence of it 
then the next time it starts, try following the sound to see which neighbor it is exactly. Then knock on the door and sheepishly ask if they have an egg you can borrow for cooking, just to see if -c-
Perhaps I should call the police, just in case! You see things like this in the news all the time.. "the neighbour thought something was suspicious but never reported it.." hahah!Honestly I have tried many times to figure out who it is, but it's impossible to know. I've walked around my tiny apartment. I've gone out the door, outside their doors.. I've gone downstairs, outside the apartment below me... still, not really sure.
