It's definitely a huge improvement from how it was back in The Sims 1-3 days where you'd leave them for a moment and come back with the Grim Reaper chillen and everyone's either dead or mourning

Usually they take very good care of themselves when we don't play them. Once I had a family that only played autonomously. That went quite good, but nothing interesting happend.

Actually now you mention it, it's kinda like
@Bellguru8's ADITLO series... but unfortunately I didn't film it! But you're right... they just go from one need-fulfilling action to the other. It takes someone like us to spice up their lives.
