QUESTION: Is there a way to get rid of a trash plant outside of your lot (not on your lot)? He tried the set to head thing and it did not work.

Oh no, that in indeed unfortunate. Not quite the same thing, but my Spice Market in San Myshuno is all messed up... objects left behind from one festival intersect with another... and as far as I'm aware, there's no fix there either...
