I thought so! I remember feeling excited for it because I could make a place look crappy without increasing the price (which would be really weird). Why did they change it 
Yes I am remembering that now, though my reaction was I didn't want to make lovely houses look shabby, lol! So no wonder I forgot their price. It could just be a bug. Or maybe the original price was a bug.... 
@SimGuruHouts @SimGuruJM not sure who does all this pricing stuff, but if any of you know, may I ask out of curiosity why these Vampires wall decals now cost money and thereby increase the price of lots? :)
