I was super curious how fans were gonna take it. Ill have to check it out and see. I grew up watching so it will be interesting...
It's a different format than usual Trek series. No more story per episode, with often moral conundrums. I will miss that! But I like this.

Aww I will miss that too. I think growing up in the 80s and 90s that is just the format ingrained on us.

Yep! So I hope that even if Discovery seems good in this format, it doesn't mean they won't return to the tried and tested format in future.
