I get that on YouTube! Can't see the commercial, but it's different from the video commercial that is also playing at the same time 
If I get another random music track or noisy video auto-playing while I browse sites, I'll scream.

Agreed! I'm sitting in peace, reading things here and there and suddenly this loud voice or music starts up. So annoying! Won't make me buy.
