      I was thinking the same. Also thinking that even if it looks a certain way to us, that's still us supposing and not a fact.

      Yep. So Rachel left Sept 2016, and toddlers patched Jan 2017? I'm guessing it took longer than 3/4 months to create those mini-sims.

      Absolutely. And some of what I saw said about #TS4CatsAndPets suggested that aspects of it have been in development for a very long time.
