      But that's bc our American definition of biscuits, and even gravy are different- English biscuits, with English gravy would be gross lol

      More like runny scrambled eggs on muffins, which when described that way, probably doesn't sound as bad! More importantly, they're history.

          I think it's a very southern American thing. It's good if you like thick, savory gravy on super filling carbs. They also eat beans on toast.
