It is strange, but for all we know it's a weird French law that makes it that way.

Turns out I need to click on the "check the special offers" button to have an "add to order" option. Using basic store filtering is nopes.

Whoever made one of the recent updates to the store page probably accidentaly bugged out some lines of code somewhere.
