Though I still have a scan going right now, it has only found about 1/5 of the data and nothing I wanted. All my YouTube video stuff gone.

It's one of those "never think it'll happen to you" things. I've a new larger drive incoming. But it's looking like I have lost the data.

I hadn't really thought about that but I think I do have my iTunes on my old iPhone... not sure if it has the same playlists though...

It's a very good suggestion, Cinds, so I appreciate it.
Even losing stuff like view counts and ratings hurt because it took years to make.
