i can't and we then thought it had to do with the Sims3 Controls which I can't use cuz I never played Sims3 and they just feel wrong to me!!

Ahh found it, it was in the comments section of one of my videos. Thing is, just built with MOO, & *have* to activate it to place.

So your little test wasn't quite correct. Some things place OK without it, but not everything. Meh!
