      Yes but unfortunately only if you make a new family, not move a sim out of an existing home. Still 20k for that! @TheSims

      18.5k is my sweet spot. It is amazing how much you can do with just say 1k more...etc. I made an 8.5k build a couple days ago...😉

          Oh wow, 8.5k, that's insane hehe, I was happy I was able to do 10k, i prefer to build without any money or pack restriction though😍
