I am often thinking "yeah, I could do some great packs, I know what people want" but underestimate demand for say.. cars

So my point is, I guess the surveys are helpful to truly ascertain people's interest in each type of gameplay.

But they only send them to a very small selection of the community.

Well, maybe so... not me f or example. But a small selection could be huge. Also, surely they help or they'd discontinue?
