However I use Tweetdeck. https://tweetdeck.twitter.com/ And it's like that but even better. Can filter lots of stuff. Follow hashtags

For a fussy type like me, it allows great flexibility to watch certain topics or people...etc. :-) And avoid being overwhelmed
