      I have a build using it. As far as I'm aware it is conception based. So delivery location doesn't matter. Could be wrong.

      ok, my matriarch for 100 Baby had the ley line thing when she conceived but she had the baby at the hospital and got a single.

      I'll try again. I like getting the birth certs by going to the hospital. If it doesn't work there then I'l have them all at home.
