Build complete. Budget skyrocketed from an original estimate of 40k to around 125k. But it's a nice, vibrant, modern build for a family.

Yeah it really is. It's still got a lot of cheap furniture in it, because I really wanted to keep the price down.

Yeah so it's a bit of an oddity. I'm going for a label of "affordable modern luxury" - looks a lot more expensive than it is. :-)
