I've some important things to be thinking about. I seem to be doing everything to avoid it. At a crossroads in life & a little apprehensive.

If you can afford it, do it. Move to somewhere cheaper than Versailles (again, Ireland) and give yourself x years to do it
Well we'll see what happens. I am keeping an open mind and looking at some interesting ideas. :-)
