      @Frimlin I was lvling with DB. got several blues and purples. I hit lvl100 and able to do all of the instances without any gearing needed.

      @deadbadgr Yeah, but level 2 tooltip claims it doesn't increase the odds of upgrades any further than a level 1. That's all I mean.

          @Frimlin yea, i think it's all work orders, which can be quite handy but not necessary. good if you need weapons for your followers.
