I built it *really* fast! So I am sorry in advance if I missed something. But it scrapes in just under the 100 you asked for, with I think everything you wanted... hopefully!

I'm digging it. It's a great next home for my Sims. I have changed a few things around but overall I dig it. My adult Sims have laptops so no need for the desk in the bedroom, thus no need for a Murphy Bed...yet. And I did a shower/tub combo so I can put in a washer dryer.

Great! Funnily enough I really didn't want to place the murphy bed but I just felt I had to, to include as much from the pack as I could! And yeah, I enjoy the laundry stuff too. Helps the kid's character values cleaning it all up!
