So apparently the trouble with converting many of my existing starter homes on the gallery to use #TS4TinyLiving is that many of them are just too big! 
They're all under 18k simoleons but the floor size is above 100 tiles! I was always so focused on price rather than size.

When I have the pack this is what I'm going check first and I'm assuming I'll get the same results. Like you said cheap does not always equate to tiny!
Right! In fact I was always trying to make my starter homes spacious! Okay, sometimes that meant a bit empty too... but that's always room to expand into!
