      Yeah I do think standard https://Twitter.com  does "tailor" tweets. You sometimes have to dig to find posts from people. I use Tweetdeck & can literally see everything. But it is seriously overwhelming so I look a little here & there and not often deep. I try! 😅

      https://tweetdeck.twitter.com  - used to be a 3rd party thing, but think Twitter runs it now. You can customise a lot. Make different columns. Add people to groups and follow their tweets in a specific column for example. I have columns to help me find tweets from people I like. 😍

      Great! For example I add people to lists (hidden to the public, luckily!), then I have certain comments that only show tweets from people in those lists. That helps a lot. There's a lot you can customise. The "Home" column literally shows everything raw coming in.
