What is tweetdeck??
https://tweetdeck.twitter.com - used to be a 3rd party thing, but think Twitter runs it now. You can customise a lot. Make different columns. Add people to groups and follow their tweets in a specific column for example. I have columns to help me find tweets from people I like.

Great! For example I add people to lists (hidden to the public, luckily!), then I have certain comments that only show tweets from people in those lists. That helps a lot. There's a lot you can customise. The "Home" column literally shows everything raw coming in.

I only recommend it if you don't mind fiddling around to get something set up. It was fiddly to set up. But I haven't changed my settings in over a year.
