I'd be lucky if I have less than 3
Thank you! Yeah, 3 used to be my average or perhaps more accurately my minimum. But it would always come along with antagonising my acid reflux. I realised that I'd rather have less of that! Even 1 cup does it but that's the price I'm comfortable with.
