I’m not fluent in English and I need help: let’s say I’m building a place with a gym, spa, art expositions, conference rooms, library and cinema. Does it make sense calling it a ‘Cultural Center’? Is there another name for it?
It really depends on what the main focus of the place is. Cultural Center suggests to me a place people come along to learn about different cultures and customs, perhaps interacting with different people from around the world.

So, with all these different activities I better call it something different? I would called it a club or something like that in my language... do you think a Club is more suitable? -
A club is very generic. Sims 4 players tend to see clubs as the social groups added in Get Together - that kind of thing rather than a type of place. Can I see a screenshot even via private DM? It might help me suggest something. But thinking something like Community Center.
