Two things I love about your starter homes: 1) They are beautiful inside and out with nice landscaping, and 2) They truly are starter homes. I really like the stone and wood. Very nice! Thank you for sharing this.

Aww thank you, Shelli! Yeah I am not a big fan of this 50,000 simoleon starter home thing: mine are indeed "true" starter homes!
I actually really enjoy trying to make something nice in a restricted budget. I'm really happy if you feel I succeeded.

This cute house makes quite an entrance with the charming landscape! LOVE the stone and woodwork. The interior is comfortable and cozy looking, easy to see a sim relaxing in that chair and reading a book.
