Fudge cooked and cooling. Photos later! Used unsweetened condensed milk this time but the consistency was so much more runny - almost like milk! So I had to cook much longer and keep constantly stirring. Annoying! But it seems about the right consistency now.

I like fudge but prefer Scottish Tablet. I think it has exactly the same ingredients?

Yeah it sounds like the same as what I've been making! The batch I made yesterday, though, has come out much too runny. Oh well! Still delicious.
