Off to the shops! Going to get me some more ingredients for fudge - among other things (Yes, like coffee and cat food! 
). The fudge lasted this long & was quite cheap so... why not make a bit more!

That's a dangerous thing! Don't you end up craving snacks all evening?
No. Once I got used to it, it was fine. For me I say I can eat anything before my main meal, then nothing afterwards. So if I really want to snack, I know I should do it early. Obviously it requires practicing some restraint! But every diet requires that, if you want it to work.
