Oh, yummi! I love fudge but prefer liquorice-taste. That might be a Danish thing though 
Fudge cooked and cooling. Photos later! Used unsweetened condensed milk this time but the consistency was so much more runny - almost like milk! So I had to cook much longer and keep constantly stirring. Annoying! But it seems about the right consistency now.

Fair enough! I like a lot of different flavours but I have developed a liking of just plain vanilla fudge so that's what I've made again this time.

I like fudge but prefer Scottish Tablet. I think it has exactly the same ingredients?

Yeah it sounds like the same as what I've been making! The batch I made yesterday, though, has come out much too runny. Oh well! Still delicious.
