hehe! My first thought was "what is a plain fudge?" Last year, I made fudge for the 1st time, PB, and everybody loved it. PB & choc are the flavors our parents bought us when we were young so I think buying them as adults reminds us of home and family.
Well you have probably googled it now but it's just butter, condensed milk, and sugar. 
I'd have put some golden syrup in too if I could but they don't sell it here in France. Definitely had chocolate fudge when I was a kid too but PB isn't a big thing like that in NZ.

Google for the win, lol Differences in food preferences is fun to learn about! We do our best to try local restaurants whenever we travel, even if we aren't fluent in the language. The best bratwurst I ever had was at a roadside food truck in Austria!!
