I’m really sorry you’re having a tough discussion like this, necessary as it is. Just know that 30+ is not old to have children. I turned 30, 2 months after my daughter was born. There’s a lot to be said to have that extra maturity & stability.
My parents adopted me when they were 40! And a good friend recently had her first child at around 41 & another soon after. But I totally understand wanting kids at a certain age: I had always wanted them before I turned the age my parents were when they got me.
