Looking forward to my main meal today. Going to make some roasted stuffed peppers! Got all sorts of yummy things to fill them with. 
Well I'm not sure I've ever done them before! But today I have the will to give it a go.

"Luckily" my dual microwave / oven can only bake up to 200'c, so burning isn't really an option unless you leave it in a long time.
Usually I hate that it can't go higher though!
