Is that the park lot?
No it's an uninhabited lot called Oakenstead, in the 2 lot neighbourhood on the left side of Willow Creek. But yeah the only other 50x50 lots are the park, then in Oasis Springs the Landgraab Lot & the park there... and then... that's it!

the surrounding area looks a bit like the park. I never build on huge lots , cause i usually suck building on them , that's why i couldn't tell where it was

Yeah, I usually build on nothing above 30x40 and even those are rare. It's harder to place bigger lots and you have to be more picky of which ones you want in your world. Some people specialise in big builds though & often they're more attention-grabbing.
